INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM NEEDS DRASTIC CHANGES

In India, the existing education system must need some changes for effective outcomes. When children are in second and third classes then they are asked for craft or paint something whatever the teacher assigned them. Sometimes children are not able to complete the given task but their mother or sibling will do the same work. It is not good because children are getting nothing from the assigned homework. Now come to middle or high classes where students are taught about ancient history. It is good up to some extent because what is the need to know about Babur, Humayun Akbar, and so on in detail. Think about what we are getting by knowing these dynasties. Some peoples say this history must be known to everyone, they think this will come in government competitive examination. It is ok but we should have to change this system because not all will become government employees.
Now come to the intermediate classes means +1 and +2,  students opt for subjects by their own choice. It is good because they can do or learn more in which they have passion. Sidewise one yoga subject must be included in the classes from 9th onwards. This subject gives students the strength to face any situation in life. At least one yoga teacher in every school must be appointed so that students learn more about the benefits of yoga and exercise. Remember the ancient Gurukul time when Dhanwantri, Dhronachraya, and Pandwaas were very talented to generate any energy whatever they want. It was due to their consistency in yoga and meditation. These people were never suffered from any health issues.

So add such subjects in the education system by which students can learn about the surroundings and society. It is bad to be indulged full day in the study this may leads problems to the students. As these days technology is at its peak so all we are using mobile phones. It has benefits if we use these electronic items up to a particular limit but students using them for gaming and social purposes. Many students become addicted to online games. These online games have many side effects on the body if they are to be played for a long time like cervical, back pain problems.
Mobile phones should be banned in schools and colleges during study time. Students are spoiling their crucial time for the use of Whatsapp, Facebook, Insta, and other social sites. It is better to play some physical games instead of mobile games by which body fitness remains good.
Some other changes must be required to implement effective higher education policies. Here more attention is paid to the admission policies in the central university like Delhi, Panjab, and many others.  Every time we listen 99% and 98% cut-off exit to get admission in government colleges. Suppose a student is not good in handwriting then he or she will not get a chance to get admitted to a government college because the student is not on the cut-off marks. Moreover, there must be an entrance exam to get admission in a government college rather than based on the school percentage.
After graduation, students want a job for the fulfillment of daily needs. Many students are not getting a job immediately after the course completion. There is nothing wrong with that, unplaced students can try in other companies and sectors if still, they are not getting a job then try somewhere else. As we know a proverb "Try again and again until we succeed". A job depends upon student's endeavor how much they are doing efforts for getting a job. More practical subjects must be taught during graduation because if they are not getting a job then they can do their own work for the settlement of life. It is better if students are taught for the practical application so that they can learn and serve the country. So, these were some initiatives that can be incorporated into our education system which might be effective to overcome the obsolete trend.
