Happy life with daily busy routine

These days human life becomes more hectic, more technology-friendly, full of stress, and polluted. These changes are not good for long and disease-free life. More people are becoming sick, stressed or unhappy these days as compared to the thousands of years of history of mankind. As we know one proverb "Health is Wealth". if our body is good then we can do whatever we want properly. In many ways, we can maintain a healthy life with our daily busy routine.
Remember the ancient times when people's age is nearly 100 years. But these days it is around 65 years due to the recent use of pesticides in agriculture to get more production. As we are familiar with some diseases like heart attack, different cancer, and brain hemorrhage etc. From where these are coming. I think we are ourself responsible for these diseases.  Also, the lifestyle of a human being is changed due to a busy life, but we have to maintain our good health first. Heavy use of technology, stress, pollution, less physical activities, bad food habits are some of the factors which are responsible for the unhealthy and unhappy population. Use organic and ayurvedic products as much as possible. Not totally dependent upon the allopathy medicines whose results are very fast but also have many side-effects. So, avoid these medicines and try to overcome your problem with ayurvedic products or by yogas.
Here I suggest some ways to survive a healthy life:-
Running/Fast Walk is good to reduce the overweight of the body. In cities, there is less number of os garden are present, for them Gym facility is available. People who are residing in the rural type area can use a natural good climate and road sidewalk which is very effective.
Surya Namaskar is very effective which covers almost 12 exercises. Do it 15 times daily then increase it slowly. We can do it in the number of slots means first do it by 10 times then again by 5 times. A learner can search on the internet for the same.

Prana means breath and aayam means control.  Usually controlling your breath in different ways is called Pranayama. There are many types of pranayama and all of them only focus on breathing. Walk up early in the morning and do some Yogas/Exercise on a daily basis routine. Oxygen is the most important thing required for living than food and water. We can survive without food and water for some days but we cannot live without oxygen. Intake fresh air as much as possible, this can be done by Kapalbharti and Anulom Bilom pranayam. These two are the best pranayamas for the intake of fresh air. There are many more Yoga and pranayams, given by Baba Ramdev with tips and results. Videos are available on youtube or books can be used for the learner. Make a daily routine, do these two pranayams for 10 minutes each, and then increase the time slowly. Then observe the results after some days you will feel freshness or activeness in your body

Stretching/Yoga is also good to reduce stress. There are different ways of stretching.
Play an outdoor game that has more workouts. Make it your habit.

Prachin Sada Shiv Dhyunsar Mahadev Mandir Una, Himachal Pradesh

Go Green with Afforestation

The population of the world is increasing day by day leading to drastic enhancements in development viz. increase in the number of houses, schools, colleges, and many more for daily needs. To get all these facilities, deforestation is being done which is harmful to the environment. If the environment is getting polluted, then there is no fresh air to breathe.  In many ways, we can maintain our environment neat and green such as:

1. Population should be in control. The government must have to make strict policies like we two and our two. But people are still doing 3-4 children's. This should be stopped.

2. At every big festival celebration, we can plant a new tree near our home or on the campus where we are working.  In cities, it is not possible to plant a big tree however we can bring flower pots in which we can plant beautiful hybrid flowers and vegetables.

3. These days, we celebrate our birthday by cutting cakes and having parties in hotels. This is ok but we should plant at least one new tree or bring a flower pot to our home on this auspicious day.
4. Every year, the 22nd of April and 5th of June are celebrated as Earth and Environment Day, respectively. We can make a habit of planting a tree on these special days.
As a proverb "IT TAKES DROP BY DROP TO FILL A PAIL". Similarly, if we change ourselves then automatically surroundings will change in the same manner.

Please love the earth and environment as we love our parents, they are the ultimate source of our life.

These were some of my suggestions through which we can maintain our nearby environment neat and green with our daily busy routine.
